Instructions
Step 1: Chill your glass
Place your shot glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to keep the drink nice and cool when served.
Step 2: Add liquids to shaker
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine ½ oz Baileys, ½ oz butterscotch schnapps, ½ oz coconut rum, and ½ oz pineapple juice.
Step 3: Shake until frosty
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold.
Step 4: Strain into shot glass
Strain the mixture into your chilled shot glass.
Step 5: Top with whipped cream
Finish with a generous swirl of whipped cream on top for a sweet and creamy finale.
