Instructions
Step 1: Chill your glass
Place your cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink to keep it extra refreshing.
Step 2: Add ingredients to shaker
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz rum, 3 oz pineapple juice, and 1 oz fresh lime juice. Add a generous scoop of ice.
Step 3: Shake until frosty
Shake well for 10–15 seconds, or until the shaker feels chilled and frosty to the touch.
Step 4: Strain and top
Dump the ice from your glass (if chilled with water), fill it with fresh ice, and strain the cocktail mixture over it. Top with a splash of club soda.
Step 5: Garnish and serve
Add a slice of pineapple to the rim and a sprig of mint for a fresh finish. Serve immediately and enjoy.
