Step 1: In a shaker, combine the coconut rum, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice with ice. Shake for about 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
Step 2: If you want a layered effect, pour a small amount of grenadine into the bottom of each shot glass first.
Step 3: Carefully strain the shaken mix over the back of a spoon into each glass to preserve layers.
Step 4: Add a splash of lemon-lime soda to each shot for fizz and sparkle.
Step 5: Garnish each shot with a gummy pineapple ring or mini umbrella.
Notes
- Use crushed ice when shaking to keep the mixture extra cold.
